Barbados' Airport: Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI) is on the southeast of the island. There are direct flights from New York (JFK) and Miami (MIA). Anywhere else will transfer, usually through Miami, San Juan, or Montego Bay. The airport is about 30 minutes from the hotel.
