The Background:
Wireframe creation is an early step in creating a web site, sort of the 'blueprint' of a website. By flushing out problems in wireframes, people don't get too hung up on colors or images and can focus on the 'skeleton' of the site.
I actually find wireframes theraputic to do sometimes because it lets me 'think' for a time instead of 'feel'!
